Glowing combustion
Slow combustion of a material in the solid phase without flame but with emission of light and sometimes smoke from the combustion zone.
GOST
GOST and GOST R are the national standards of the Russian Federation and CIS countries. The following countries have adopted all or some of GOST standards in addition to their own, nationally developed standards: Russia, Belarus, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan,Georgia, and Turkmenistan.

Calorific energy released by combustion of a substance.

Thermal energy produced by combustion.
IEC - International Electrotechnical Commission
The objective of the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC is to promote international cooperation on all questions of standardization and related matters in the fields of electrical and electronic engineering.
The IEC is composed of 83 national committees, (60 members and 23 associate members) representing all the industrial countries in the world.
The preparation of standards, technical specifications and technical reports is entrusted to 104 technical committees (TCs) and 100 subcommittees (SCs).
